Nevada's system of electing Judges is working just fine, and protects the Nevada voter from being shut out of the selection process. VOTE NO on SJR2. Voting NO on SJR2 means Nevada voters will continue to select judges instead of a "select group" that do not answer to the voters.

Apply the "Open Meeting Law" to the Nevada Legislature, Constitutionally. Prohibit the practice of locking the doors, and not allowing anyone to go potty, as happened in May of 2009, when the largest tax increase in Nevada history was passed in the Nevada Senate. This was immediately after an amnesty resolution was passed to remove the "conflict of interest" barriers legislators and their lobbying/law firms created for themselves, lobbying to pass the largest tax increase in Nevada history.
